Sundays are for planning! That’s right! Planning, meal prepping, scheduling and getting things organized for the week ahead because Monday is coming and it is go time! There is no time to think, schedule, write things down or organize things out once Monday hits! Mondays are the busiest day of the week because we are just getting over the weekend where everything seems to be closed or it just didn’t get done over the weekend. That is totally fine too! That is what the weekends are for, to relax, take your mind off work and/or school.
